What's your refund policy? 

 

Heartbeat Savers CPR understands that unavoidable circumstances happen and may put you in a situation to cancel your class. If you need to cancel or reschedule your class please contact us through our contact us form or email us at cprahapro@gmail.com

 

NO PHONE CALLS or text messages only emails for refunds. Your request for a refund will be granted if it is MORE than 2 days before the scheduled start time of a class, minus $5 cancellation fees. 

No refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be given for no shows, or cancellation, within 2 days before the scheduled start time of a class. Time and date from your email or text will be used for refunds. 

 

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, Heartbeat Savers CPR has reserved the seat for you as promised by your completed payment and has fulfilled our obligation by being prepared to conduct the course. 

Please don't get frustrated if you call/email/text and say it was an emergency or we could not locate you on Google Maps, many say that to request a refund for missing a class. Please understand it wasn't our fault either, we reserved the seat for you as promised with your completed payment. We still have to pay the reservation fees. 

If you register for the wrong class call us and we can help you. 

To be fair to other participants by not disrupting or distracting, children or anyone not registered for the class will not be allowed into the class.

WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Please be advised that Heartbeat Savers CPR follows local school closings and county government offices/libraries as a guideline for cancellations. The school district/county in which the class locations falls will be the standard.

If you are registered for a class and it is canceled due to inclement weather, you will be transferred to the next class depending on the weather conditions, and we will contact you.

 

LATE POLICY

 

If you’re attending a “Private class” the instructor will wait up to 20 minutes before they will be allowed to leave. If you come after the 20 minute start time you will not be allowed a reschedule or refund, this will fall under the “NO SHOW” policy. 

 

Students who arrive more than 15 minutes late for a regular class will not be allowed to enter the class because you have missed a significant portion of the required course information. Instructors are not allowed to make up for the missed portion during breaks or after class since other students may be testing. We highly recommend you to register online since walk-ins are not admitted.

STEPS TO RESCHEDULING YOUR CLASS

 

  1. Enroll ONLINE in a new course date.

  2. Note on the registration form in the box state that you are rescheduling your class from [old class date].

  3. Choose the “Call in payment” option in the “Choose to Pay with” drop-down box.

  4. Place your order.

  5. If you do not cancel or reschedule your class it will be termed as NO SHOW and there are no refunds.
